Solør Bioenergi AB is a privately-owned Northern European district heating platform, with main operations in Sweden, and further operations in Norway and Poland.

At a Glance

Solør Bioenergi AB delivers heat and industrial steam via its own infrastructure and plants from ~300 sites.

In February 2024, Prudential Private Capital provided SEK 1,560m Senior Secured Notes to the Company. Solør Bioenergi will use the proceeds to refinance existing debt.

This transaction is a joint effort between the Frankfurt office and Power group and broadens our investment footprint in Scandinavia.
