Shareholder Recapitalization

A longstanding family-owned business, Nixon Hire’s CEO, Graham Nixon, was interested in acquiring a majority ownership position in the company. Pricoa provided the capital that allowed Nixon to execute a shareholder recapitalization.

Since Prudential’s involvement, Nixon Hire has improved their governance and implemented new environmental initiatives. They created a Renewables Division to meet demand for renewable energy products, enabling their customers to reduce carbon emissions, noise pollution and fuel usage.
