During the European sovereign debt crisis, SOL was looking for growth and investment capital. As banks were pulling back, we stepped in. Our existing experience in the sector helped us build trust and start a relationship with SOL.
In 2012, we completed our first transaction, and in total have closed 5 transactions across more than €250 million. Notably, a few years after our first transaction, we opened our first office in Italy, establishing a local presence which allowed for frequent contact and a stronger long-term relationship.
